- Access to exclusive conference space for your event. CMSA staff will connect you directly with hotel staff handling the conference to coordinate event if held at the RI Convention Center.
- CMSA curates guest list with Sponsor. No contact information will be shared.
- CMSA sends email invitations provided by sponsor to selected guests and includes Sponsor as RSVP contact.
- Event must be held outside official conference hours. No event may conflict with official schedule set by CMSA, including exhibit time.
